the busiest street in Cattolica, 150 meters from the sea and 250 meters from
Piazza Primo Maggio (center of Cattolica).
The house has its entrance from Via Zara via an external staircase.
Consisting of two rooms: a double room where a camping cot can be added;
a room with a bunk bed, bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need; large living room
with a sofa bed, TV. It has a balcony for the entire length of the apartment
We give the apartment ready for the living room (with linen and linen change sheets and towels, beds made up on arrival) Parking Guarded Included. Consumption included. Midweek cleaning and final cleaning included in the price. Possibility of takeaway meals at the price of 10.00 euros the meat menu, 12.00 euros the fish menu, (first course, second course, side dish, dessert or fruit and bread)
can be requested directly at the hotel if needed

The apartment is delivered by 1pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 09.30am on the day of departure. The Final Cleaning is included if the waste and the other used for the stay has been removed, or with an extra 50.00 euro it is done by our staff.
